Waitlist privacy

This is not the app yet

Rugby AI is not released. This site is a waitlist. Joining it stores your contact details so we can tell you the day you can download it. No video is uploaded here, no clips are collected, and nothing is scored on this site.

What we store

  • Email address, so we can tell you the day you can download it.
  • Role (player, parent, or coach).
  • Club or school, only if you typed one.
  • Whether you have an iPhone, only if you answered.
  • Your age confirmation. On the waitlist form, you tick a box. On the page you reach from the app's weekly cap screen, sending the form is the confirmation, and the statement sits directly above the button. Either way, we store only that you confirmed, not your age or your date of birth.
  • How you got here: which of our pages you signed up from, the campaign tags on the link you followed, and the page that sent you, if your browser passed one along. This tells us which posts and links bring people in. It is not used to identify you.
  • A timestamp of when you signed up.
  • If you reach us from the app's weekly cap screen, we store your email, whether the visit came from that screen, and, only if you type one, what you asked Rugby AI to do next.

That is the whole list. The data lives in a private database that only Aries Digital can access. We use it for two things: telling you when Rugby AI is available, and understanding which links bring people here. We do not sell it and we do not share it.

No under-13 emails

We do not knowingly collect email addresses from anyone under 13. If you are under 13, someone older should join the list for you. If we learn an address belongs to someone under 13, we delete it.

Deletion

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to remove you. We delete the record. No questions, no retention.
